Last day at Nozawa skiing

Today was our last day skiing.  This was taken from the top of the gondola looking to the high peaks of the area.  The higher peaks still had trees heavily covered with snow but lower down the birches had mainly shed the snow with only the pines still coated.   It didn't really snow this morning and we mainly had bluish skies.  Of course now this evening it is falling heavily.  It may block the bedroom window yet.
