Half Century Porter

Finally got round to making a pump-clip for this beer which is now about two thirds drunk. It had an interesting fermentation, but is tasting well now.  It's a variation on last years northern lights porter but this year using 8 different malts: pale, wheat, crystal, munich, brown, amber, chocolate and black. It also has Fuggles and Goldings hops from the garden. Its dark, with some roasted malt, chocolate and coffee aromas. A slight sweetness balanced by the bitterness from the hops
