Fresh overnight snow on the tops!

As soon as I saw the tripods on the Keswick shoreline, I knew I had stumbled upon one of John Gravett's photography workshops.

John is one of the UKs leading landscape photographers, and a fellow blipper. In fact, he has got hundreds of blippers blipping!

John spotted Chloe and I taking photos this morning on Derwentwater...he may not have recognised me straight away, but he did recognise Chloe!

He is running a trip to Mongolia this year, which sounds amazing! However, I might save up and go on his next trip to Iceland or Yosemite!

There was fresh snow this morning on the highest fells...You might be able to see it if you look carefully!
