Lonely Daff!

Great to see the daffs out, my favourite.

After a wee trip up the steps yesterday my back/hip/thigh are rebelling, flipping painful!  Neighbours, bless them, have supplied a heat pad which seems to be helping....I was supposed to be working today but I can't sit down!  Hope it is easier before tonight's PC meeting or I might have to stand!
