Banff Bay

Team meeting up in Banff this morning which meant I got to have my lunch looking out over this view. Nice.

I had hoped to get back to my office for a couple of hours to catch up on some paperwork but in the end a conversation and then a site visit delayed me and I didn't make it back to the office at all. I was however home just in time to take two paracetamol and lie down long enough for them to take their effect on my raging sore throat and ears before the end of week school pick up.
