You learn something new every day

I learned loads today.

Some things were brand new.

Some things I thought I knew but I didn't and now I'm a bit confused. 

I don't know if what I knew is right and the person telling me new stuff is wrong. Or maybe what I knew was wrong but the person telling me thought it was right but now knows it's wrong. I hope the person who told me stuff today is now right and that the stuff we both thought we knew was wrong all along and the light at the end of the tunnel just grew a bit.

I've stopped making sense but I understand.
