Lily Tarn

I declared today a cleaning/tidying one. so while my husband went to buy oven cleaner, dispose of recycling not collected under the doorstep collection scheme and take items to the Oxfam shop, I was busy washing. First my Paramo jacket and lightweight waterproof, then as I still had some hot 'tech wash' water my rucksack got a soaking too. No nasty surprises, such as the rotting banana skin I once found, when I tipped the contents out!

While they were drying on the line I walked up to Lily Tarn. When I visited the photo exhibition at Rheged on Tuesday I was surprised at the colours/saturation of the photos, especially the bracken.  I've tried to inject extra colour into this shot as a result.  It looks better 'large'.
