Tau kwa

Today I have been mostly typing TeX stuff. I went up the road to Tattie's to buy some vegetables but had to go all the way back down to Pat's Chung Ying to get some tofu. "Protein-rich and nutritious", it says on the pack, carefully omitting to mention its taste (complete lack of!).

Man came into Pat's with two children, probably grandchildren. Little girl looks around and says "Why is everything decorated in Chinese?" Man says "Because it is a Chinese shop."  :-)
