Grebe

I stopped off at the Lake of Menteith on the way home from an enjoyable lunch and catch up with a friend. It was a beautiful day and Ben Lomond looked serene reflected against the water but I had to post this photo of a great crested grebe. It was some distance away but I think it's still reasonably clear. There was a pair and they were a joy to watch and listen to their calls.
