Friday 13th

turned into a great day, although I suppose it's not over yet!

Beautiful blue skies, and a huge big shiny sun all day.
Mindfulness teaching in the morning, and a Stress Management course with some very appreciative Mums in the afternoon, made it a real feel good day for me at work.
Saw  a great bearded lady raising money for Comic Relief.
Just managed to nip up the road to capture a few sparkles before picking up Captainbob.
Got home to find flowers and chocolates in the post from my lovely girl for Mothers Day.
Wine time.
