The Arrival of Spring

It didn't look like it when the joiner turned up at home this morning with snow on the van. Just wet at home but there was a good covering on the hills on my drive to Huddersfield this morning. I finalise the kitchen plans, then had a trip in to Leeds with a friend and just time for a quick view of the new Hockney exhibition at Salts Mill, coffee in Saltaire Canteen and a catch up with the man behind the venture. Swimming with the children after school, a couple of glasses of wine, and it'll be an early night before a long day at work tomorrow.
