Monkey was keen to impress today; posing by the flowers that Chris bought me, wearing his complete collection of Red Nose Day pin badges.

I went swimming first thing as I had a free lesson. It was great to get back in the water as I haven't been for a while due to work commitments. My arms were aching after the first 10 lengths but I managed to stick it out and do 100. I returned home to mess around taking monkey shots and then I was nearly late for work!!
