Warm History

I have been renovating this master bedroom in a house, most of which I have already painted. The front of it is mostly (replaced) windows, but the rest of that wall is getting insulation of four different kinds.  My customers are already noticing that the room is "so warm!"  The room has been poorly insulated for most or all of its existence. That's about 120 years.

As I work I listen to Dan Carlin's Hardcore History podcasts.  Those make the work seem to go quickly as cities like Nineveh and Stalingrad are besieged.

I wish I had more free time and wifi access for blipping!
