Interesting Patterns

While wandering around my still very wet back yard, I
found this remnant of a former cabbage plant.  You
can see the cut stalk of the cabbage still intact after
a winter under the snow....I liked the patterning in the
dead leaves and put a shriveled miniature pumpkin
next to the stalk.....Viola:  Another early spring composition.
