In The Distance

We woke this morning to a heavily overcast sky and lots of warnings to batten down the hatches! The aftermath of the cyclone was coming!!

By lunchtime it had started to lightly sprinkle and there was a little bit of wind and by mid afternoon there was some drizzle for about an hour.

Late afternoon as I was driving south to drop my son off home I got him to take some shots of the pretty scary storm clouds far in the distance. Seems the storm had veered away from Perth and hit further south where they got a lot of much needed rain!
