No pane, no gain.

Today I've made 4 windows and a door.  It may not seem like it at first but a close look may reveal some of the 75 parts cut out and used in their construction.

I've always bought windows and doors but the ones I wanted would have cost around £12 so I decided to have ago myself.    I bought 4 packs of varying sized plastic strip for £12.36 and I've enough to make more doors for a month!  And I get to decide the size and shape.  

Got plans - a long way off - for a model based on The Lodberries in Lerwick, Shetland.  Saw a pic on Blip a few months ago and was quite taken by it.
