Still struggling and not feeling great so just a quick blip entry from me.  Sadly I'm going to miss my friend Pete's 60th birthday celebration tonight and it looks like its going to be a good one.  But I certainly won't be doing any swaggering tonight, or staggering come to that. Having spent most of the day in bed, the thought of having to go out is not at all appealing.  

Enough from me, I'm off back back to bed.  I will try to catch up with your blips and comments tomorrow when I hope to be feeling much better.
