Restorative...
....Chilli Con Carne with Salad, Avocado, Lime and Sour Cream.
Slept a ridiculous 10+ hours last night.
Dragged myself out of bed for two coffees and toast, but that wasn't enough to keep me upright so I went back to bed and slept for another 3 or so hours!
Up to watch drivel on TV and to eat the Chilli that chef kindly made especially for me and now I'm longing for my bed again.
