New York Beauty - Mark 2

And (see yesterday's blip), this is what I am aiming for. I went along to the patchwork/ quilting club today at The Patchwork Cabin and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was so busy concentrating on getting everything right with this that I didn't have time to worry about work or family or anything. My patchwork doesn't look anything like this yet. But I am hopeful that it will sooner or later. (probably later). The quilt in the picture was made by Gwen in 2003. Gwen was helping today and was generous (not to say patient) with her time and expertise in getting me back on the right track.
