Not a petulant teenager

Not yet, anyway. But give her another year and she will be.

The girl child turned 12 today. Or, as she prefers to describe it, celebrated the anniversary of the occasion of her blessed birth. She takes these things quite seriously.

So it's been a day of pandering to her every whim. How that differs from a normal Saturday, I'm not sure.

Now we're settling in before the fire to watch Big Hero Six. And eat cake, obviously.
