Is this the formidable Spanish Armada?

Is this the formidable Spanish Armada?   - Oh, no!  - Scaup (or Ring-necked Ducks or perhaps a Tufted Duck x Scaup hybrid) - Cayuga Lake at Myers Park.  If anyone can correctly identify these ducks for me that will be great!
