Profiteroles

Made some hot not-cross buns today, proper recipe this time...Mr Hollywood's, with the apple in, they really are the best.  And lazily decided against the crosses as it's not quite Easter yet. 

Also was going to make some eclairs, only realising at the last minute I have used my last piping bag, so went a little off piste with GIANT profiteroles instead.  And yes I did eat two.
