BROWN DUCK

At first I thought this was a female Mallard.
But on closer inspection (and by checking the Duck ID site) I 
deduced that this is a Brown Duck. 
There are two clues: white chest and the fact that it's
Brown.
Any thoughts amongst the bird-expert togs amongst you?
