Gimme More!

And the first thing this morning was to pick up young Basil from the kennels. He gave me a hard time for leaving him behind while Len and I went away for a few days.

He does like a bit of fuss of which he got plenty from Suzie in the bed store this afternoon. We've realised that we sleep a whole lot better in Tangier on a bed with a foam mattress topper.  It eases the arthritis. After taking ages to get off to sleep last night and dragging myself round aching all day today, I resolved to go and buy one for the bed here.

I was delighted when the bed store sales staff invited Basil in.He behaved himself there, but rather let the side down in Pets At Home next doorwhen he cocked his leg over a stack of dog feed bags.
