I saw this silver flower holder sitting upside down on a grave at the Saints Peter and Paul, Catholic Church, Waimea West, Nelson, NZ.

The church is set back from the road in a large area of grass. An asphalt drive from the road is beneath an avenue of oak trees.   I’m sure the dried leaf on the grave has come from one of these beautiful trees.

I’m late uploading my blip again this evening. We have been away for the day and since arriving home we have spoken to our son in Sydney, Australia on Skype.
