Rhubarb rhubarb

Today was a recovery day after the excesses of the night before!

I read my book, baked some shortbread and took a tour of the garden to see how things are coming along. Delighted to see the rhubarb springing up - we only planted it last year and so we weren't able to harvest any of it but things will be different this year - lots of plans for these stalks!

After all this 'activity' a recovery Chinese takeaway was ordered in - that did the trick!
