Looking towards Inverness and the mountains beyond.

An early walk as it promises to be a lovely day. The beach will be more crowded later on I'm sure and I  really must get some gardening done in the sunshine.

A very happy Mother's Day to all you Mothers/Grandmothers/Godmothers/Beloved Aunts/Honoury Aunts/etc. I read a very poignant post on Facebook recently about the feelings of childless people on this special day. So my heart goes out to them today.

If, as some rumours are suggesting, Blip folds in the near future, I would be very sad to lose the contact of all you lovely people. I have edited my profile to contain my Facebook identity so that those of you who also use Facebook might be able to make themselves known to me. We could continue to share dog/landscape/bird etc., etc. photos. I use Facebook for photos of my daily dogwalks and the occasional grandchild photo.
