Coincidences

We arrived in Caunes at about 23.30 and found this poster through our letter box.  One of only two pieces of paper - what has happened to all the "pub" we used to receive.  

My project for my French course this term is supposed to be about memorials for  WW1 and this week our village in France is celebrating 90 years since the inauguration of its memorial.  Perfect timing.
