Farewell to the stamens!

My beautiful pink lilies are beginning to wither so before the petals decide to fall I removed the pollen covered stamens - remembering to have a roll of sellotape handy just in case some of the vibrant orange pollen ended up on my clothes.  Sadly the flowers don't look so  nice with their centres missing!
