Well built bridge

This bridge has been carrying trains over it for 100 years plus and it looks like it will likely be doing out the same job in 100 years time.

Today's bridges are "modelled" for traffic usage (on a computer), weight-bearing tolerances and to ensure only the right amount of material is used to meet a standard that will ensure the bridge isn't expensive to make.

My money's on new bridges not being around in 100 years time!
