Hold Your Head Up

Attended a very good performance of The Slab Boys in The Kings Theatre in Edinburgh . Written by Artist John Byrne who also painted the ceiling in the Theatre. I also learned the meaning of the title which I have wondered about for many years. Set in a West of Scotland carpet factory the Slab Boys tells the tale of three young lads who mix the colours for new carpet designs on a slab.
