Double the love

As luck would have it my eldest son is home from uni this weekend as he flies to Cuba tomorrow on a field trip ( his packing is a whole other saga), so I was doubly blessed. Rather than go out and pay silly prices to eat in a restaurant the boys decided to cook. After much subtle questioning about my favourite food- sushi since you ask- I was told to vacate the kitchen, and several hours later was treated to a double meat roast. Not only had they cooked a roast for the first time they had gone all out with beef AND pork, and all the trimmings. It was excellent I have to say! Well done lads.No mean feat, I was seriously impressed.
