Cool and Clear

The River Roy looks pretty and tranquil today and belies the anger of its massive torrent of just a few days ago.
We did most of our walking from the door today (rather than driving somewhere first). We had a very late night at a friend's house and in such circumstances it is impossible to measure how many glasses of wine you may have had. I didn't have a raging hang over or anything like that.
Early evening we were out for a late family lunch at our favourite local bistro.
