A wee treat

Today I went for acupuncture!
There is a small spa on Beach Road close to my house that specialises in this and I noticed they had a special offer on for newbies!
It was a very pleasant experience, no pain or fear just unusual warm sensations in my tummy & legs. The therapist also placed a small receptacle on my tummy that held a mix of slowly burning herbs! This was to help the energy flow.
I have two more sessions to go! I'm looking forward to them!
