Mothering Sunday

Mothering Sunday at St John's had a slightly different flavour this year. There were still daffodils prepared by the Mothers Union, but they were given to every adult in church not just mums or ladies. There were also selfies and eight baptisms.

The selfies were part of the prayers in which we were asked to get into groups & take a selfie before praying for each other. In my selfie with me are my mum, Camilla (not sure if that spelling!) and Ann.

The baptism of eight (4 children & 4 adults) included two full immersion baptisms in the pool. Luckily no toddlers fell in the pool during the Service! Phew
