I took a photo of this brooch a couple of weeks ago after my dear friend lost her battle with cancer...
The shining star reminded me of her and as it's her funeral this afternoon I thought it would be a fitting tribute to remember her once more...
This star is bright, vibrant and full of sparkle...just like her...
