Day after Mother's Day

Waited until today to record the lovely gifts I received from my son and daughter, not forgetting their families.
I do think this day has become very commercialised and I already know my children love me...
BUT it's still wonderful to be told so!

There were six macaroons, but I've eaten two!

Just heard that Blipfoto has gone into liquidation. Don't know how long this site will last. I have joined 365 project today under my name: Sheila Shields and will start to post on there if/when the light is turned off here.
To all the blippers I have encountered on here,I would just like to say thank you for the warm welcome and hope we can keep in touch.
