Eyes Down!

We live somewhere down there!    This was not taken during a skydive but this map is pasted up on the wall of the local authorities planning office around the block from where we live.

You can see the grid layout of the Barcelona extension - known as the quarter of Eixample - it is famous for the camfered corners of each of the large blocks.     Walking through this area in the early evening is one of the hidden treats of Barcelona.
