After the Storm...

Yesterday's storm left us with almost 60cm of fresh snow...and that doesn't count for the depth of the drifts that were created!

This morning i opened the front door to find almost 2 feet of snow against it....way to high for poor old Sherlock to climb up onto.   Zoe did manage, cos she has long legs, but i had to shovel some steps for Sherlock!

Roads are pretty well closed right now...so it's another home bound day here!  

Seems like our worse fears are coming true....see this blip! 
I am backing up all my journal...taking a long time, but it's working!   but it will be a very sad day indeed if this wonderful community of folks closes it's doors!   Lets keep positive and hope that we'll hear from Joe soon!
