Guess what I did today

This was taken at the  end of the local bird group outing.  We had started alongside the River Otter where a Mink swam past along the river's edge.  There followed viewings of a greater spotted woodpecker, reed buntings, rock pipets, snipe, teal and wigeon amongst others.  The walk ended up on the chilly beach front where I took this shot.  

We were hoping to see some early migrant birds but perhaps the cool weather had put them off.
