Detour

Back home today after a brilliant weekend. We had a fair bit of time to kill between checking out and flying home. We decided, since it was not too far away we'd go and visit Stonehenge. Unfortunately, probably due to exhaustion we took a wrong turning going onto the A303 and didn't discover our mistake until we were nearly at Exeter. No real worries for getting our plane, but it did mean that Stonehenge was out of the question.

Since Cheddar Gorge was only ten or fifteen minutes from the airport we just went there for a wee walk in the drizzle to kill time instead. It was a pretty good day despite the detour and our flight was all fine with no delays. Ready for some dinner and bed now that we're back home.
