Summer stirring on the beaches again

Lorry tyre tracks on the sand, shipping storage containers on the beach, signs of construction and men wielding hammers - it can only mean one thing.  The beach cafes of The Hague, are making their reappearance.  

As evidenced by several blipfoto entries last year, our friends in the UK probably realise that we love this aspect of living in The Hague.  Visitors are a great excuse to visit the beach cafes and restaurants strung along the coast here (but who needs an excuse to do so?)  

(Oh my goodness, it looks like this coming Sunday is free - and the weather forecast predicts...no rain!  We might have to pop down to the sand and see what's going on!)
