Community Assessment

The pump team visited three villages in  Chikwina area in Nkhata Bay district

They went to assess the water situation in the area.

They told them about Wells for Zoe and about Zoe pump

The villages were very interested and they are  willing to start digging wells immediately.

They realise that the use of open ponds is hazardous to their health.

The pump team trained them to dig wells  and told them how to make slabs through demonstrations.
