Suite Francaise

I went to see Suite Française at the cinema, partly to supplement my revision and partly because I am interested in anything Second World War-related. I really enjoyed the film and would recommend it.

The backstory of the novel itself is great: the writer of the novel, Irene Nemirovsky was killed in Auschwitz and the manuscript was unfinished and discovered in a suitcase 60 years later in 2004 by the writer's daughter.
