Reuben Sandwich

Homemade rye bread, my own home cured corned beef,  homemade sauerkraut, homemade Russian dressing. The only part of it I didn't make was the Swiss cheese. Must make a note to myself to have a batch of Swiss cheese ready for St. Patrick's Day Reuben sandwiches next year!
