What health and safety?!

How refreshing is this picture?? No one is concerned about H&S and to be honest, I love the fact that this guy really is not bothered - it is the Queens Jubilee after all and bunting must go up! I also love this very basic picture for another reason, I noticed whilst uploading, that my bird of prey is in shot, I hope he got his girl (see last weeks pic!) and I hope they live happily ever after - the Queen certainly has.
