Sotftball!

I accompanied my niece on her college softball team retreat to the local mountains. My niece is the head coach and she planned a couple of days of teambuilding. I  have never been one for athletics but I thought the retreat was a fantastic experience. You could have removed "softball" from the retreat entirely and she was teaching and exploring with the team about working, well like a team. This is applicable in the corporate world or in any organization. Anyway, it was fun to be on the retreat and super fun to see the girls go into softball mode with the snow.
