changes

today, the people in my world have been discussing two big changes.

firstly, and obviously, the news from blip central. while it is good to hear of the potential new buyer and the prospect of not having to frantically back up, i suspect that things just won't feel the same without joe and co. having real life humans behind the scenes, who lovingly and skilfully created this site, was one of it's best features. i do wonder if it will ever be the same. i remember following joe in the very early days when he was the only 'blipper'. thoughts go out to joe and G and the gang, we'll always be grateful for the way you allowed us to share in your amazing project.

the second event that has been buzzing around my world has been the announcement of the new national director for british youth for christ. i don't know much about him but i can't wait to see how he moves our organisation forward over the next few years.
