Huddles

another quick snap from work as I've little time today.  Our unit presented what we were doing to improve patient safety and experience  as part of a hospital wide event. We're involved in a national project to increase safety for children in hospitals . This includes the staff having regular 'huddles' to exchange information on children causing concern.
For our unit the bear shown here is an important member of the team . His name is used as a reminder for staff as to what children we will discuss.
