Pavement art

After school today Sienna decided it was far too nice up come inside and set to work creating this piece of 'art' dedicated to me! Then spent the rest of the time catching woodlice and 're homing' them into what she declared - a 'perfect ' new home. Lucky them.

Meanwhile the 17 year old and I were talking about university options and watching Sienna play with the joy and innocence of the young. Observing, my eldest daughter said, "It seemed just moments ago that was my life and now it's all major decision time. How fast that times goes."

Yes but it does...

As has the 25 years today since I lost my father...that's been a lot of living you have missed out on Dad...miss you.
